After being cleared by the California Bar, The Bar Examiners and the Supreme Court of California, under Thorsnes' leadership, this pioneer program was started and has been preparing thousands of law students for the practical side of the profession since 1968. He formed and led an organization of all the law students in California, called The Conference of California Law Schools to gain the ability to appear in court as part of their training (68 Cal.
